About the Webinar

Demand Flow Forecasting is a process that takes historical sales data and inventory on hand and uses it to forecast customer demand of that product.  In this webinar, join Amy Woods, Director of Enterprise IT for Friendly Express and Lewis & Raulerson on how Friendly Express has implemented item level inventory.  Amy will highlight the process of using inventory levels and sales data to allow their stores to use computer assisted ordering for their wholesaler.  Future implementations are targeted to use that same process for CPG vendors.

Gabe Manning, Director of Operations will be part of the discussion in webinar on how item level inventory and computer assisted ordering has enabled accuracy on ordering and inventory control while gaining labor saving time at store level.  This is a big step for Friendly toward Supply Chain Optimization by having the right product at the right time at the right store location.
