About the Speakers
Jack is currently a Strategic Account Senior Manager with Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), supporting various US Convenience Retail Accounts, as well as driving various business development activities for the organization. Jack also serves in various leadership and committee roles for Conexxus and NACS: Conexxus IoT Working Group Chair, Conexxus Board of Advisors, and the NACS Manpower Committee. He has been in the convenience and retail industry for over 29 years, as both a supplier and retailer.
Prior to joining DFS in 2020, Jack spent over 5 years with Wawa as a POS Product Team Lead and Solution SME for the organization. He has also been a dedicated proponent of technology standards during his 22 year career overseeing engineering and development for Allied Electronics, Inc. Jack has been serving Conexxus, PCATS, and NACS Technology standard initiatives since their inception. A key philosophy Jack brings to his roles is to be a customer advocate, which is why the Conexxus partnership is so important to DFS and his efforts.
Jen is currently the Sr. Product Manager, overseeing the retail fuel dispenser product lines for Dover Fueling Solutions. She brings more than 10 years of industrial B2B experience combining sales, marketing, and product management roles. Prior to DFS, Jen primarily worked in environmental services and oil re-refining, delivering products and services to end customers through direct and distribution channels. Jen takes particular pride in serving fuel retail customers, having started her career as a sales representative for PepsiCo and finding true passion in serving unique communities in unique ways.
Keelye is currently the Marketing and Brand Coordinator driving consumer engagement for Key Oil Company. Whether it is through the in store promotional signage or the digital screens on the forecourt, Keelye is able to directly tap into and enrich customer experience. While managing her own company owned locations, Keelye also works directly with her supplied dealers on marketing and branding. As a jobber, Keelye take special pride in watching her dealer locations grow and build customer loyalty.
