Ed Collupy has more than 40 years of retail systems experience in the convenience/petro (The Pantry) and grocery (Purity Supreme & Shaw’s) retail channels, including most recently as a consultant at W. Capra Consulting Group providing strategic, operational, and project leadership to retailers, emerging businesses, and technology companies. His involvement in the industry continues as a Facilitator to Study Groups and as an independent consultant through Collupy System Solutions. He has served the Convenience/Petro industry as Chairman of the Board of Advisors of Conexxus and as a member of the NACS Convention Content Committee. Ed also has written and participated in on-line forums focused on retail technology.

Lonnie McQuirter, Director of Operations, 36 Lyn Refuel Station located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Lonnie has been in the convenience store industry for over 17 years and has extensive experience managing special projects and embracing new tools to help facilitate continued growth in his companies. He has been actively involved in a number of local and national organizations including: NDC, Minnesota Retailers Association (MnRA), Minnesota Independent Oil Company, National Retail Federation (NRF) and is serving his second term on the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS).

Vallee, Inc. which as a chain of convenience stores in VT, NY and NH.  Skip is the Director of Technology for Maplefields and has moved Convenience Store Experience to a new level.  He was named one of the top twenty forward thinkers by CSP Magazine and continues to find new ways to create an experience when visiting Maplefields.  He continues to automate the Self Check-out process with new ideas and concepts as well as cash acceptor integration.

Mark Holloway is the CIO of Jiffy Trip, a 26-store chain which focuses on Food, Fuel and Refreshments. In his 19 years with the company, he has managed a wide variety of processes and upgrades beginning with installing internet in each of their locations, including email and remote connectivity, to scanning everything in and out of the stores.   Mark’s passion for improving lives through technology is at the heart of everything he does, whether it be processes, reporting, or hardware.  His drive for continuous technology improvement successfully inspired the organization as a whole, and now the approach of Continuous Improvement is a core organizational principle. Above all, Mark is a firm believer in standardization… so that a circle is always a round hole, regardless of whether it is made of wood, steel or plastic.
